An international company is looking for an experienced professional to support business planning, performance management, and strategic initiatives in Europe.
Responsibilities
• Lead annual planning, budgeting, forecasting, and business review processes
• Analyze business performance and identify opportunities for improvement
• Prepare management reports, business reviews, and presentation materials
• Support the development and execution of mid-to-long-term business strategies
• Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders across different regions and functions
• Provide analytical insights to support management decision-making
• Ensure compliance with internal governance standards and policies
Requirements
• Experience in corporate planning, business planning, FP&A, management accounting, finance, or related functions
• Solid understanding of financial analysis and business performance management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience working in an international business environment
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Native-level Japanese and business-level English proficiency
• Must have the legal right to work in the Netherlands without employer sponsorship
