This role will be responsible for driving IT projects within the European office. As the organisation continues to grow, the company is enhancing its capabilities in system implementation and IT operations, which have previously been managed internally. The successful candidate will take ownership of a wide range of responsibilities, including the implementation and maintenance of new systems, vendor management, and IT support for employees.
Responsibilities
Implement and upgrade new systems
Maintain and support existing systems
Assess and recommend future system strategies
Evaluate and support the introduction of AI solutions
Coordinate and negotiate with external vendors
Lead and manage IT-related projects
Provide IT support to employees
Requirements
Mandatory
Experience in IT project management
Hands-on experience as an SE (Systems Engineer) or in infrastructure-related roles
Experience working on the vendor side (e.g., system integrator, IT solution provider, software/infrastructure vendor)
Ability to assess project feasibility, scope, and budget considerations
Business-level English communication skills
Valid visa allowing full-time employment in the Netherlands
Preferred
Japanese language skills
