Position Summary

Provide coordination and operational support across the business division, ensuring the smooth execution of daily operations and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and communicate with suppliers and external partners

  • Support operational management activities

  • Prepare, maintain, and manage various documents and reports

  • Coordinate schedules and monitor project/task progress

  • Liaise and collaborate with internal departments and stakeholders

  • Perform general back-office and administrative support functions

  • Assist with other operational and coordination tasks as required

Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • Experience in coordination, sales administration, or back-office operations

  • Business-level English proficiency

  • Experience communicating and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in logistics or supply chain management (SCM)

  • Experience in procurement or sourcing activities

  • Experience supporting projects and cross-functional initiatives

  • Dutch and/or Japanese language skills
